Quickstart
Sign up, connect your first IMAP mailbox for free, and start reading a unified inbox. Add a card later to send mail and connect more.
Get from zero to a unified inbox in a few minutes. Reading up to two mailboxes is free, no card needed.
Go to mailhopper.io, sign up with your email and a password, then confirm your email from the link we send you.
Go to Settings → Connect a new account and enter your mailbox's IMAP details and an app password. For Gmail, that's a Google app password with IMAP enabled. Mailhopper tests the connection, then backfills your 200 most recent messages per folder. You can pull in more of your older history anytime. See Message history.
You can connect two mailboxes for free, no card required. A third mailbox, and sending mail, are on the paid plan. See Plans & billing.
See Connecting accounts for per-provider app-password instructions. Microsoft/Outlook mailboxes aren't supported, because Microsoft requires OAuth and has retired app passwords.
Your mail appears in a single newest-first stream. Connect a second account and it merges into the same view automatically.
To send, reply, and forward (or to connect a third mailbox), add a card under Settings → Billing. That starts a 30-day free trial; you aren't charged during it, and you can cancel anytime. Card details go directly to Stripe and never touch Mailhopper's servers.
Add more accounts
Repeat the connect step for each mailbox. Every connected account merges into the same unified stream. Filter to one account from the sidebar, or read them all together under All inboxes.
